Every email and SMS the system sends is stored with full content, recipient, delivery status and read status. On every sales order, communication appears directly as a thread: outbound messages on the right, inbound on the left, in chronological order.
See exactly when the customer opened an email and from which device. Stop a pending SMS before it goes out. Find a specific thread by searching on subject or read status. When something needs to be documented — the whole history is there.
