Paper sheets gone — history intact
Worksheets are templates that attach automatically to quotes and orders based on products, product groups or customers. The mechanic fills out the sheet on their device — radio for yes/no, checkbox for multi-select, text area for free text — and can add comments and photos per line where relevant.
Mechanics clock in and out on the job directly from the worksheet. Custom lines can be added per order if something unexpected comes up. When the sheet is completed, it is archived with signature and timestamps — so history per vehicle and per customer is complete and searchable.

Free text for longer answers — e.g. fault description.
Enable comment per line
Each line can have a comment field that activates as needed.
Photo requirement per line

Custom lines
Add on the order
The mechanic can add custom lines beyond the template if something unexpected comes up.
Own title and type
The custom line has its own title and can have optional type, comment flag and photo requirement.
Preserved on sync
Custom lines are not overwritten when the template is updated.
