Status changes can fire flows — e.g. SMS when the order is ready.

Frequently asked questions

How is a quote converted to an order?+
In one click. When the quote is ready, staff click "Convert to order" — the order is created, fields unlock to the right level, and the order syncs automatically to E-conomic.
How is mechanic time recorded?+
Directly on the order via the time clock. Clock-ins are recorded continuously, and open sessions (unfinished) are flagged as a warning. Only completed sessions count toward the time overview.
Can I see job profitability?+
Yes. The overview tab shows economic split across Parts, Labour, Oil and Other with cost, sales price, margin and percent per type — and Parts splits further per supplier.
Do my sales sync to the accounting system?+
Yes. ZiiX syncs automatically to E-conomic at every step of the flow. Quotes become draft quotes, orders become orders, and invoices are booked straight away. Customers and products sync automatically.
Can the customer view and pay documents themselves?+
Yes. Send a direct portal link from the order — the customer can view and download the document, and pay outstanding invoices via MobilePay straight from the portal.
