What is the difference between Type, Group and Price group?+
Type is the top level (e.g. business vs. consumer). Group is sub-classification and drives accounting codes and document layouts. Price group drives discount rules and pricing.
Can the customer have multiple billing addresses?+
Yes. Each document type (quote, order, invoice, credit note, statement) can have its own email address. Phone numbers format automatically per country.
Do customers sync with our accounting system?+
Yes. ZiiX syncs with E-conomic and Dinero. Master data, groups and balance are kept up to date across systems without manual intervention.
How do I avoid duplicates of the same customer?+
